Heeeeyyy guys! I'm Teru 🍊 ( 25+ || they/them ), your resident tangerine dispenser.I'm not good with introductions so I generally don't make them, but in case you DO need to know more about me, I actually stream on the side so I have a carrd made for that if you guys want to know a bit more about me!I like talking about my OCs and stuff like that so I am back again after a long hiatus. I find it fun to be able to write and convey my ideas! I'm not that confident with my writing, but I will try my best.I draw and graphic design on the side so if you ever want a commission or need me to make anything for you, do let me know and I'll see if I can help!Other things to keep in mind is that I have ADHD (and maybe autism) so do let me know if I misunderstood something because that will happen and it can cause conflicts unintentionally. This is why I urge people to communicate with me since I know I can be like that sometimes.  personality 
On the outside, Siuhei seems to be really upbeat and a fun loving person. They can be quite clever, even if they like to pick at people and play pranks on them. They are not a pushover and can stand up for themselves. They got a lot of spunk and can be a bit of a menace too. Their tendency to try to make things "fun" often ends up with people thinking that they are immature and unaccommodating of others. Due to this, they often seem a little uncaring of others and consequences, perhaps even too laid back.Despite how they act, they are a lot more mature and responsible than they let on. Their fun nature isn't really a cover for their more serious side, but more that they prefer to act a little brainless. It's hard to keep being serious all the time, but they are rather realistic and can be a bit wise sometimes if the occasion calls for it.They're actually observant of others and their surroundings, but would seldom respond or act upon it unless absolutely needed. Sometimes it gets to the point where they will watch other people succumb to the consequences of their hubris. They prefer to mind their own business as long as it doesn't directly harm someone. While they are not necessarily a mean person, they aren't really someone who will always lend a help to someone in need.Once someone gains their trust (and affections, to an extent), they are a loyal friend and will go above and beyond for people they truly care for. They are a caring person in their own way even if their personality and actions tend to contradict each other. They generally don't trust people easily even if they act friendly to everyone. What's a friendship if they're not allowed to throw shade at you?But, they can be bit affectionate, clingy, hyperactive, and chaotic... Kind of like a monkey in some ways! backstory 
Siuhei grew up in fairly normal family circumstances. Had it not been for the fact that the family heirloom picked them, they would've lived a more normal childhood.Due to their affinity with the family heirloom, a pair of metallic bracelets studded with small emerald beads inside cloud like patterns, they had to learn their family's secret kung fu arts at a young age from their grandpa (mom's side). But they always loved to be entertaining and often times used they kung fu to do amazing feats, which they were always scolded for.Along with inheriting the heirloom, they were also given the title of "Monkey Guardian", passed down from their grandpa. While the title nowadays may be more of a decoration than it is to serve any purpose, it comes with heavy responsibility. Should their "god" ever decide to rule once more, they are to serve their ruler. It has relevance to those in the know.Of course, unless something happens, there was no need for them to announce their title or to assume that role. Thus, making it so they lived a normal life.Aside from being picked on at school (most of which was short-lived), it was mostly a decent life. That is, until they realized what they wanted to do with their life— they wanted to be a youtuber. They were doing short videos from time to time as a teenager with their friends and other members of the zodiac guardians. While they weren't popular, they had a lot of fun making them.Coming from a Chinese family with strict views, it was met with a lot of resistance from their parents who wanted them to pick a proper job. Siuhei, being one to not back down from getting what she wanted, decided to move out around 2 years before finishing their Bachelor's degree. They initially struggled with juggling school, rent, bills, and finding a job. But with much perseverance, they finished their degree in business (a field they did not like to be in).Around then, while focusing on their part time job for money, their videos slowly gained traction as well. It was able to pay their bills more better to where they can afford to pursue other endeavors.They still aren't insanely popular or well known globally, they are well known enough in certain circles for being a youtuber who does and tries a bunch of things. They have a focus on food and kung fu (and parkour to a smaller extent). The gimmick was using the title of "zodiac guardian" as a part of her image, since it was true and it wasn't like being one is supposed to be a secret now in the modern era.Currently, they travel around to places for her next video or blog post!

 ・ I first made Siuhei as a semi-self insert, but I won't be rping them that way at all. This little tidbit is included here simply because I like talking about my OCs. I won't force them onto anyone just because I like ur muse and they're not actively interested in romance right now to care about doing that on sight.
 ・ For the record: Siuhei is not a self insert anymore and has evolved to be their own character. They just happen to be sort of Teru-adjacent at parts due to how I initially made them.
 ・ Their base concept is really flexible and can fit into any time period and setting so do let me know what kind of setting you guys want for threads!

 personality 
Quinn is chaotic and very much a mood maker, often opting to be upbeat and exciting because the world outside is too depressing and people need to feel relaxed and happy too. They're always seen smiling.But, in actuality, they don't really feel like they're that type of person. It was likely because they don't remember what kind of person they were prior to their amnesia that they decided to pick one that works.Those who knew of them before their memory loss talk about how logical and ruthless they were. They were not someone who smiled often and was always looking ahead. It was like they were looking at something even farther than the future they sought to achieve.They were a strong person who seldom shows their emotions or their weaknesses to others. But they weren't emotionless, just tired all the time. Of course, everyone seemed to realize and know that their ambition and their outlook belies a past of a lifetime of struggles and the scars that show it.Even when hearing of the type of person they were, it didn't quite feel like that was... 100% true to Quinn. Despite their slight anxiety of finding out who they really are and getting their memories back, they will still pursue the path of what feels right to them and work towards doing so.Even though they're acting more peppy and happy about life, when they're alone, they sometimes experience moments where they feel absolutely empty on the inside and nothing feels real. It was a deep type of sorrow that most would say is depression, but what were they sad about? What was making them feel like that?It's probably something only their former self would know and for their current self to remember. backstory 
Prior to the beginning of the story, they were in a coma for a long time. Upon waking up, they also couldn't remember anything before they woke up. They essentially didn't know who they were or how they were like previously.After getting back to Rhodes Island safely and getting enough rest, they took on a personality of a happy-go-lucky guy. Now, they re-assumed their position as "Doctor" to continue their mission.( Note: This is the part where I'll say now that am not caught up to the lore because I don't read story due to how lengthy it gets and how tiny that text is on my screen. My knowledge for the specifics is fairly limited, but I will update it as I go along. I am sorry for the inconvenience. )

 ・ I have a gdoc with a lot of old information about Quinn if you want to take a look at that for some details! It has things with other ppl's OCs when I used to chat with them about AK OCs. It also has a lot of drabbles there too which were probably ooc due to my lack of understanding of some characters at that point in time. Please keep in mind that the doc itself is extremely OUTDATED information by this point and is likely different from how I portray Quinn now. ( link )
 ・ As mentioned, they are canon divergent so there will be some things that will not conform to canon but I will otherwise try my best to follow canon where possible.
 ・ In the case with RPing with other AK Doctor OCs/muses, I will adjust the canon slightly to a separate, specific AU for Quinn. If you have other ideas, you are more than welcome to discuss it with me. We can also adapt a canon that other Doctors exist in the same universe as well to avoid confusion. I'm fine with anything as long as it works.

Fengling grew up to be a very laidback person, choosing to devote themselves to their craft to stave off their feelings of loneliness after their grandparents passed away around the time they finished university. Their laidback and nonchalant personality was to downplay the grief and loss they could never process properly.Losing their parents also caused them to become distant and detached from others in fear of losing them in the same weird way as their parents. While they talked to many people, they were never close to anyone.They became a little too detached to their own emotions that they can be really insensitive to others, choosing to shrug things off instead. It was easier for them to not worry or care about others so they don't have to feel the pain and burden of grief, especially grief that they had no memory of having.They also don't really care about what people do as long as it doesn't directly them. However, they can show human decency and politeness where needed. They're not big on emotional attachment (or socializing) but they're not an asshole or a sociopath. They're quite conscientious and conscious/observant of other people and a little aloof at best.They are quite serious with what they do despite not looking or acting the part, but they do get too focused on their own research that they end up looking like a mad scientist, especially when their experiments and tests frequently blow up on them if mishandled.Despite being rather inquisitive at times, they kind of sound like either an idiot or a mad lad to those they're a little closer to.They are a type of person who tends to keep their thoughts to themselves since they are prone to accidentally saying what they're thinking, it can come off as strange and maybe rude. So there are times when people don't really know what they're thinking or understand them because they don't tend to talk about their personal thoughts. They do speak more with their actions than words. backstory 
In their canon, they actually have no idea what happened to their family. They woke up one day and their parents were simply just gone. It wasn't like something took them away, but they simply just disappeared.It was like their family never existed, but there were signs that they did exist. Another thing that happened as a result of it was mass confusion and memory "loss". This phenomenon was cited as a mass magical catastrophe amongst the mages, but the public only saw it as a strange incident of mass panic. It also caused other phenomena to appear in the world as well like the world started to overflow with mana which gave birth to naturally forming magic crystals and stones and much more.After the incident, they went to live with their grandparents who lived on a house up on the biggest hill of their neighborhood. Their grandpa taught them their family's magecraft which was the ability to turn mana into different states of matter (the liquefaction of mana). Their family were like undergound/freelance mages who are not affiliated with any organizations or associations. Surprisingly there were more of those than people thought. They simply do not care about what the establishment thinks.Because they were not bound by any aspect of lineage, they lived a fairly decent life. It was what one would consider too normal for a mage, even though, they were given their family's crest prior to their grandpa passing. After going to university and getting a degree, they tried to find ways to get money.Due to what happened in their ancestor's time, their lineage is cursed for eternity so they are no longer capable of using their mana circuits at full capacity. It also meant that they have no offensive abilities and relied more on magical items and the stones they made with their magecraft. They couldn't exactly do much as a mage on that regard unless there was a market for their strange goods and magical potions...Their magecraft was strange as a whole. It was like making the intangible tangible. Not unheard of but it was a kind of magecraft that seemed to make no sense, especially in a Fate setting.So, given that the prospects are kind of low for their specs, they just have to live their life as a normal person. Until they happened to chance upon someone who was trying to run a local jewelry and gemstone therapy shop. It turned out that the owner of the shop was actually a magical items appraiser and needed some extra hands. The store was just a front to also make money on the side to the general public. They thought that it was better than not doing anything so they decided to help since it was a nice paying job with benefits.So they now devote their time to furthering their magical research and working at the shop that is until they ended up getting dragged into a Holy Grail War by pure chance.

 ・ For fate muses, I will default it slightly to FGO as I'm not 100% familiar with all Fate/ canon but I am really far behind in FGO so bear with my outdated knowledge.
 ・ I will not force anyone to RP from my original canon unless you really want to plan something out with me!
 ・I'm still trying to iron some of the finer details of the settings out because I wanted to combine Fate with fantasy elements on here but it ended up being a little strange at the moment and it doesn't feel all that Fate like aside from the servants and a HGW.

Ceruna, at first glance, is a woman who is cold with a sharp tongue. She's too cold, analytical, and logical to a fault. Because of that, it led people to believe that she's arrogant and prideful, especially with how critical she can be of others. She isn't one to mince her words after all and not really someone to back down from a fight, especially if she thinks it's stupid.Despite her initial impression, she's actually not a bad person deep down but isn't one to be tactful. She's not above her own actions and understands when she causes problems or hurt others unintentionally. She is a woman of a few words and a resting bitch face, but she cares deeply for her friends.Growing up after her older brother left made her bitter and easily provoked. It felt like her whole family turned cold after he left. In such a household where her own personal feelings didn't matter anymore, she ended up having to cast her emotional needs aside to keep herself functioning in an oppressive household.It meant her approach to everything ended up being logical and void of emotions to survive. She would rarely confide in others or rely on them for help.Perhaps the only time she was expressive was when she was playing games or doing art. Otherwise, she looks uncaring of others and her own circumstances.While she understood why her brother left the family after getting that same treatment herself (and maybe even worse than what he got), she has a lot of resentment towards him since it felt like he abandoned her. She tends to be critical of people who do this without realizing the consequences it has on others because of it.Her outward facade hides someone who is scared and hurt by her own family. She is such a strong woman on the outside but she couldn't go against her parents yet deep down. Her parents were unusually strict with her because they didn't want her to end up leaving them like her brother did that they controlled almost every aspect of her life. If it wasn't for her uncle, who pleaded to give her some time to relax and play around, she probably would've snapped.A part of her knew she could walk away from it, but she doesn't have the courage to be like her brother (who was regarded as a disgrace and a stain on their name in the family), so she decided to be rebellious to get them to understand. She wants to be free to choose and not forced to go with anyone's pace. She still had hope deep down despite her fears, but she was slowly taking matters into her own hands if it doesn't change.When she's online and playing games, she sounds like a different person. While it is not so much that it comes off strange, people can easily tell how much more expressive she is through text. backstory 
She grew up in a family of doctors. Her whole life was set in stone by her parents the moment she was born. At that time in her life, her family was normal and smiling a lot, just a bit more strict than others. She was too young to understand was was going on then, but her family wasn't as strict or cold during this time of her life.However, one day, around when she started middle school, her older brother left the house and never came back, forcing her parents to dump all of their expectations onto her. This turned her from a bright kid who was more than willing to help out with the family to someone bitter and resentful towards her family.But, the only thing she could do in her spare time was play games. It wasn't as if they banned her from enjoying herself since they understand the importance of rest and recreation. The only condition was that she has to get good grades and finish everything they tell her to do before she can game or do anything else.It was about the only time she can relax in her strict and busy life.As a university student, she started to test her parents' patience. While she still tries to get good grades, she will only do everything at the bare minimum. So, she was seen playing games more often or lounging around internet cafes.One day, she decided to go with a friend to an art exhibit. While drawing was more of a hobby for her or to make her look more sophisticated to her family, something about the exhibit made her want to pursue art as something more than just a hobby to relax or fill in time.But, her parents would never let her be what she wanted or, at least, have the freedom to be something that isn't a doctor or a lawyer. This put her at odds with her family but given her parents' influence, there doesn't seem to be a way out right now.

 ・ Likewise, her identity will change depending on the au since she does have a REAL name outside of gaming, but Ceruna will be the name she is most commonly referred by.
 ・ I wrote a normal backstory in the case of a more "normal" RP, but she's like an insert character so her backstory and personality will change depending on the world she's in.
